We are looking for a creative, analytical and strategic marketer to join an award-winning catering, hospitality and logistics specialist who, for over 30 years have a reputation for delivering world-class guest experiences all over the globe.

Global Infusion Group operates a diverse portfolio of brands that include GIG, Eat to the Beat, e2b and Bonnie May Food & Events, with clients including major corporates, global sporting events, international artists, festivals, film and TV production companies.  Following a recent re-brand, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention through a commercially-focussed cross-channel marketing strategy that includes: digital marketing, e-marketing, website management, advertising, print and P.O.S.

This is a hands-on role where you will work across a number of diverse customer-facing campaigns and marketing strategies, supporting the business growth of each of the brands, as well as working on a number of high-profile launches. You will also closely manage established relationships with external support agencies including PR, Strategic Consultancy, and Design. 

This unique opportunity bridges the gap between an in-house position and agency role, where you will work across a diverse portfolio of brands whilst also having the internal influence to develop and devise strategies and specialise within the sector.


Who are we looking for?

Working across several brands and campaigns at any one time, you will have excellent project management and organisation skills. A highly motivated and passionate individual who can deliver a campaign from strategy through to execution. You will have experience in working across both on and off-line platforms, but, strong digital marketing experience is highly desirable to assist in generating tangible leads for our commercial teams to activate upon.

Job Specifications

Roles are wide and varied, UK and International, short and long term.

Key responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Collecting and washing up pans, plates and cutlery and getting them back into use as quickly as possible for the Chefs and Front of House.
  • Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
  • Helping out with basic food preparation for Chefs if needed.
  • Keeping the kitchen clean & tidy – this includes emptying bins and mopping work area.
  • Keeping work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
  • Ensuring waste is correctly recycled.

Key candidate requirements (including, but not limited to):

  • Strong communication skills in a kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene to level 2 required.
  • Willingness to learn, and follow instructions.
  • Friendly and affable personality.
  • Able to work under pressure with others calmly, courteously and methodically.
  • Comfortable working as part of a team and also having the initiative to sort out anything as and when it comes up.
  • Consistency in producing good service levels.
  • Professional appearance and polite manner at all times.
  • High levels of personal hygiene.
  • Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
