Roles are wide and varied, UK and International, short and long term.
Key responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Cleaning and clearing tables in the dining room and serving areas and keeping the area clean & tidy, rubbish free and ready for use at all times.
Replenishing food stations (hot and cold) – making sure they are kept stocked and appropriately presented (in accordance with the GIG standard).
Serving food either by table service, or from a bain-marie.
Topping up tea & coffee – making sure this area is clean & tidy and well stocked i.e. milk, coffee and cups.
Work closely with the kitchen porters and the chefs to ensure that there is enough food, cutlery and plates at all times, and that the food being served looks enticing and appetising for the customer.
Key Candidate requirements

Provide a friendly and efficient service to all customers.
Good team player.
Knowledge of food hygiene to level 2 required.

Excellent communication skills – a good level of English is required.
