Eat To The Beat (ETTB) was established in the UK in 1984. Just two years later we went on the road in the States with Howard Jones and Suzanne Vega and since then we have not looked back. In 1988 Eat To The Beat Inc. was formed, now known as Eat To The Beat America (ETTBA), bringing high quality location and tour catering throughout North America.
From its music tour beginnings ETTBA now caters for all types of live events from music tours and festivals to major brand roadshows and sporting events including Lexus, Mercedes and the Amgen Tour of California.
Over the years ETTBA have toured with such legendary artists as Bruce Springsteen, The Eagles, Lenny Kravitz and Leonard Cohen. In Canada ETTBA were on hand to ensure that 1000's of college students could be fed when the refurbishment of their campus kitchen facilities ran over schedule into the following semester and an emergency catering solution was required. We flew our kitchens and staff at a moment's notice and helped to keep the hungry students well fed.
