Since ‘Parachutes’ in 2000, Eat to the Beat have been involved with all Coldplay’s tours building a close relationship with the band, managers and crew across the USA and Europe.

In 2011 Coldplay embarked on their tour, ‘Mylo Xyloto’. Once more, Eat to the Beat could be found backstage hard at work serving great food and service.

With 1 universal team travelling with the tour and 2 advance teams prepping the next location alternately, our crew could really hit the ground running with unrivalled efficiency. Working with Coldplay has always and hopefully will always be a pleasure.

Whether it’s an American band seeking some home comforts, or a UK band hoping to take their favourite food on the road, we’ve got it covered. We aspire to meet the needs of every artist and ensure that their rider details are kept on a strictly need to know basis.

Funniest Tours Around

Some might say the new ‘rock n’ roll’ is comedy, with some of the biggest names going on tour and regularly selling out arenas across the UK.

In 2012 we were out on the road with Michael McIntyre for his UK tour spanning 71 shows over 107 days.
This year we have provided Russell Brand with his catering requirements during his shows at Hammersmith Apollo. Eddie Izzard took us on his European leg of his ‘Force Majeure’ world tour, with 45 shows in 64 days. Plus a UK tour with Micky Flanagan.

Reading and Leeds

At Eat to the Beat we pride ourselves in being able to get the job done and get it done well with elegance, even in the most challenging of situations or locations.

In 2015, we celebrated our 27th year catering Reading Festival and we also enjoyed a very damp Leeds festival! As Luke Cowdell in Access All Areas put it, “Crew catering was in the middle of a running river!” Our kitchen flooded! Despite the somewhat soggy facilities, we supplied great catering as always.
Some might say we’re there more often than the rainclouds! But whatever the weather, we’ve got you covered for your breakfast, lunch and dinner.
